Brick House
Hello world! I'm back from my mini-break. In the past month, I spent 4 weeks in Taiwan visiting relatives (shopping way too much), came back to the States, and moved to a new location in San Francisco. It's been really hectic but I'm happy to say I'm (mostly) settled in and will be posting up my new room as soon as it's all cleaned up!
Since it's been so busy, I've been dressing cute & comfortable so I'm able to run around town without looking like a hot mess. You can never go wrong with a crop sweater and high waisted pants. I found this cropped sweater in Taiwan for about $3 (hooray for cheap finds) and grabbed it with no hesitation. The pattern looks like bricks and I loved the deep red color. It's definitely one of those throw-on-last-minute sweaters for when you can't find anything to wear. These Brandy Melville jegging pants are really comfortable and have been featured before here.
The pattern was loud enough for minimal accessories. I liked the gold jewelry with the red pattern so I wore three gold rings: a gold band from Charlotte Russe, third eye ring from Taiwan, and bow ring (my current fav) also from Taiwan. Since the sweater was a quarter sleeve, I threw on my gold bangles from Forever 21 so my arms didn't feel so naked. Running around town calls for comfort so these Steve Madden combat boots are always my go-to for busy days like these.
